SEVAIM — Support, Engagement & Volunteer Assistance for ISKCON Mexico
About the programme

Vision
To build a vibrant community of supporters, volunteers, and well-wishers who actively contribute to the growth of ISKCON Mexico through preaching, service, and sustainable fundraising, while creating lasting spiritual relationships.
Mission
To systematically engage devotees, congregation members, donors, volunteers, and friends of ISKCON Mexico in meaningful service opportunities that strengthen Lord Krishna's mission and ensure the long-term growth of preaching activities.
Objectives
- Increase the financial sustainability of ISKCON Mexico.
- Expand preaching to new audiences and communities.
- Re-connect with devotees who have drifted away.
- Build a strong volunteer network for all temple activities.
- Develop long-term relationships with donors and well-wishers.
- Encourage every member to participate according to their capacity — through time, talent, or financial support.
- Create a culture of seva, gratitude, and responsibility.
- Support temple festivals, educational programs, youth outreach, and community development.
How we work
Volunteer management
Recruiting volunteers, maintaining a register, assigning seva according to skills, offering orientation, and recognising service regularly.
Donor engagement
Building long-term relationships, sharing impact reports, and celebrating the generosity of those who sustain the temple.
Community engagement
Welcoming newcomers, following up after visits, organising home programmes, and connecting devotees with suitable seva.
Fundraising coordination
Planning campaigns for each festival, coordinating sponsorships, and developing cultural and community partnerships.
Communication
Monthly newsletters, festival invitations, stories of service, and sharing seva opportunities.
Our guiding principle
“Everyone can contribute according to their capacity — through wealth, time, talent, influence, or heartfelt service. Together, we strengthen the mission of Lord Krishna and expand the reach of spiritual wisdom throughout Mexico.”
